Testing terms

Last updated: 3 November 2026

MediTrail is in an early test with a small group of invited people. By signing up you agree to these terms, as well as to the Privacy notice.

  1. It’s a test. Things may break, change or be missing, and the app may be offline at times. It is free during the test.
  2. Scores are estimates. They are our reading of the published guidance, which can change. Always check the official pages and your own application before relying on a score; MediTrail is not responsible for recruitment decisions.
  3. Keep your own copies. Don’t keep the only copy of any evidence in MediTrail. Use “Download my data (ZIP)” often.
  4. Test data may be wiped. Before the app opens to the public, we may delete all test accounts and their data. We’ll email you at least 14 days before, so you can download everything first.
  5. No patient information. Never enter or upload anything that could identify a patient.
  6. Your feedback. Please tell us what’s broken or confusing at hello@meditrail.co.uk. We may use your suggestions to improve MediTrail, without naming you.
  7. Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Your data. We may end the test, or remove an account that misuses the app, and will tell you by email.
  8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
